Great value for money! Will visit again

The facilities are great! The beach is across the road and it is very clean with a crossing guard to assist you (very handy). Front reception is clean and tidy. Pool staff is friendly and lots of things to do if needed.

You can be unlucky and get a room right by the nightlife entertainment which is not good with an infant. Also, some rooms are dated and not a luxury experience with rooms

The stay was a memorable one. My wife and I were both happy to stayed at the resort.

Well the place was clean although the bed was too small hence this somewhat affected my sleep. The food was very nice however there were times when there wasn’t enough and on top of that there were no plates at the stations.

The property is fairly small but not withstanding the orientation of the buildings are very well done and this complemented by landscaping layout which is very nice.

Omg the Beds need to be upgrade they are too small and uncomfortable the pillow need to upgrade also I had to sleep with my neck pillow alone with their's pillow to be a little comfortable and need more sitting area one chair really need a sofa

I would give my stay an 8/10

The food was tasty. Could have more variety for breakfast. Food needs to replenish on a timely basis and the staff in that area needs to have better communication instead of trying to avoid the patrons questions or concerns.

The property was ok, no issues. Property is well maintained. Just feel like the front office staff needs to be a little more upbeat dealing with guests. Didn’t find them rude as like other customers but they seem detached from the work they do and the audience they serve.

My stay was good, I had fun

Facility was clean and private, and 95% of the staff were great.

I didn’t like that there was construction in the building and I could not take a nap during the day. The executive chef needs to balance out the menu better for example, you can’t have oxtail and curry goat on the same night then the next night you only have pork, chicken and fish. One female staff at the counter that had the patties on the 22 of June, she had major attitude. Yes, the patties were not ready so all she needed to do was to say come back in 10 minutes because it’s not ready right now, but she had added attitude..

Very Good

I like the staff. They were very helpful and kind. They acted quickly to solve problems we experienced with our room. The food was good and plentiful. The rooms were clean. The bed is comfortable. But I would prefer 2 beds instead of one. They didn't fix that, but it was a problem. The entertainment was great. There is plenty to drink at the bar. I enjoyed my stay. The staff were great.

I didn't like my upgraded room. My friends had better room than the upgraded room. There was no cupboard, no ironing board, no iron and there was bugs on the floor and on the bed. I took pictures of the bugs. They explained that it was rain fly, but the changed the room. The 2nd room was nice but one morning we woke up and the entire floor was covered with water. They moved us to another room which was much better and we had no problem after that. So, no more uograde for me. I just want a nice room with sea or garden view. All the problems we experienced was not any fault of the hotel neither was it personal. But they fixed the problem always. They really tried hard to find us a room. I will honestly stay there again.

Great value for money with a few drawbacks

For a small all inclusive hotel, it is great value for money. The food was really good, and the staff was friendly for the most part. The beach is nice and there were available water sports activities that we could take part in. The bed was also comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The hotel is a old hotel and needs to be renovated. There are signs that there has been some renovations, but the hotel still needs some work. We also didn't like the fact that the housekeeping staff just barged into our room while we were in there, which felt like an invasion of privacy. The carpets in the bedroom also need to be changed because they were old and raggedy.

The customer service was very poor in some areas, especially in the dining room. The communication level was at a 2 out of 10 in my grading scale.

Delayed Flight 1 night stay

I loved the location 6 mins drive from the airport and it has a beach across the road. The staff was very welcoming and informative. The pool & Jacuzzi was very nice and doesn't have a closing time but lifeguards finish at 6pm. I would definitely stay again if the price is right.

The resort on a whole needs updating. For the price you are paying you would expect abit more especially as it's an All inclusive hotel. The buffet didn't have much variety. At lunch there was Callaloo rice which I'm allergic to soo no rice for me . The Breakfast Buffet was very limited aswell.

Apart from the areas mentioned about the room, our overall stay was satisfactory

I like the food, the general staff, the pool, the bars, the garden area, the security guards etc

The ac in main bedroom at room 105 is not working, the living room ac is not working properly, the bathroom wasn't clean properly and the shower pipe is leaking. The balcony area was not clean prior to previous guest (dirty towel is on the chair and dirty cup with straw along with cigarette residue is still on the table). Upon arrival we only got one towel and no wash cloth, this was reported to one young miss who asked what was needed, however nothing was done and same reported to front desk at lunch time, towels was received about 7pm. The telephone is not working.
